Terms and Conditions – X333 Game

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the X333 Game platform — whether via the website at x333game.pro or the X333 Game mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors who have not yet created an account. These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and X333 Game.

To register and use X333 Game you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults and is not intended for use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your individual use.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account must represent a single, genuine individual.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an X333 Game employee where that relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the platform or have an existing account that has been suspended or closed for breach of these terms.

X333 Game reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension until documents are received and reviewed.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a breach of these terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Any balances in accounts found to be duplicates may be forfeited pending investigation.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real name, valid contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. X333 Game relies on this information for account verification and payment processing, and providing false or misleading information undermines both the security of your account and the integrity of the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. X333 Game will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

All deposits on X333 Game are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets where available and enabled.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after the payment provider confirms the transaction. The exact timing depends on your chosen payment method. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference for investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account before you proceed.
• X333 Game does not charge deposit fees on its side; your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• X333 Game reserves the right to request proof of deposit method ownership for verification purposes.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the Withdrawal section of your X333 Game account. Requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The processing time for funds to appear in your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account depends on the payment method selected.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be verified before withdrawals can be processed. Verification requires confirming your identity and your payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in your account Withdrawal section.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• X333 Game does not deduct fees from your withdrawal amount on its side. The PKR amount you request is the amount processed for transfer.

X333 Game offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are always displayed before you choose to claim an offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed using the bonus balance before any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. The required multiplier is stated per offer.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Accounts found to be claiming bonuses through coordinated strategies — including multi-accounting — will have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
• X333 Game reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice given where practical.

If you have any doubt about the terms of a specific bonus before claiming it, contact support for clarification. Once a bonus is activated, its terms are considered accepted.

The sports betting section of X333 Game covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports markets. Bets are accepted pre-match and in-play where the market is open. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless X333 Game explicitly offers a cash-out or edit option for that specific market.

• All bets are subject to the maximum stake limits displayed for each market. X333 Game reserves the right to limit individual markets at its discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network conditions. Bets submitted during a delay in live data feeds may be voided at X333 Game's discretion.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the time period stated in the market rules, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific settlement rules.
• Obvious errors in odds — including significant mis-pricings due to data feed errors — will result in bets being voided and stakes returned, regardless of outcome.
• PSL and international cricket markets follow the standard cricket settlement rules published in your account's sports betting rules section.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your main account balance and are available for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

Casino games — including slots, live casino, table games and game shows — are provided by third-party game studios integrated into the X333 Game platform. Each game operates according to its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) rate and game mechanics. RTP information is available within each game's information panel.

The following apply to all casino and live casino activity:

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer-operated outcomes. Results cannot be influenced by X333 Game or the player outside of the gameplay mechanics.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Coordinated bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or organised groups to systematically extract bonus value.
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion or insider information use in sports betting markets.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without legitimate grounds, particularly where the funds have been used for gaming activity.

Where an investigation concludes that a breach of fair play has occurred, X333 Game reserves the right to void affected bets and winnings, close the account and report relevant activity to payment providers where applicable. Legitimate balances held at the time of account closure will be returned after the review is complete and any adjustments have been made.

Gaming on X333 Game should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or recover financial losses. The platform provides a set of responsible gaming tools that are accessible from every account at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to stay within your budget.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily pause your account for a defined period if you feel you need a break.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. This option is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

• Losses arising from your failure to follow these terms or your account security obligations.
• Losses caused by factors outside X333 Game's reasonable control, including network failures, payment provider outages or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding malfunction policies or game outcomes.

Nothing in these terms limits X333 Game's liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law, nor does it affect your statutory rights.

X333 Game may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, legal requirements or operational policies.
